The SnowPro Core Certification demonstrates your ability to apply core technical concepts, skills, and expertise when implementing and migrating to Snowflake. A SnowPro Core Certified professional has a proven understanding of the Snowflake platform, along with the knowledge required to design, develop, and manage secure, scalable Snowflake solutions to drive more productive and efficient business objectives. Join instructor and Snowflake expert Adam Morton as he guides you through the six domains of the official exam: Snowflake cloud data platform features and architecture, account access and security, performance concepts, data loading and unloading, data transformations, and data protection and data sharing. Meet Your Instructor, Adam

Adam Morton was first introduced to Snowflake in 2017, and after working with more traditional database technology for many years, he found it to be a real breath of fresh air! Lots of things that were tedious to configure in the old world just worked straight out of the box with Snowflake. This meant Adam could focus on his true passion of adding business value for his clients more quickly. However, at that point in time, Adam found it difficult to find valuable, relevant content he could consume today and apply tomorrow. It was a time-consuming task to research and test what worked well and what didn’t. Snowflake has new and innovative features, dictating a change of approach and a departure from the traditional mindset required to work with the data warehouse technologies which predated it. Following several highly visibility roles over the years, which included Head of Data for a FTSE 100 Insurer, he accumulated a wealth of valuable, real-world experiences designing and implementing enterprise-scale Snowflake deployments across the UK, Europe, and Australia. As a byproduct of overcoming several business and technical challenges along the way, Adam found a formula that works. A lot of these experiences formed the basis for Adam to be endorsed as an internationally recognized leader in his field as he was awarded a Global Talent Visa by the Australian Government in 2019. Today, Adam is on a mission to help as many IT professionals as possible escape dead-end jobs and supercharge their careers by breaking into cloud computing using Snowflake.
