About the course

Welcome to the ScopeIT Education online course: 3D Printing and Design. This course features the use of the online tool TinkerCAD and provides an excellent, user-friendly CAD program that is suitable for children and adults alike. Creations within TinkerCAD are able to be downloaded and printed using a real 3D printer! This tool is used to introduce the world of 3D Design to students and is used in many of our courses, camps, incursions and CIY levels.

TinkerCAD

Tinkercad is a browser-based design tool for 3D modelling and digital creation. Tinkercad helps learners understand spatial design, digital construction, and basic engineering concepts through hands-on design activities.
